[GAMEPLAY] Flash icon on turrets visual bug

Happened to me today in a game. All the turrets had the flash icon on top of them. I am running on a mac client (Macbook pro 13" late 2011) Reproduction rate: 1/10 (it's the first game I get this, as i can remember)

Looks like it replaced the TrueSight icon that the towers have now.

This periodically happens, and I'm not entirely sure why, or how it doesn't get fixed. I've seen towers that blink a giant flash or exhaust icon every time they fire a shot, or when they fall. I've also seen particles just go missing, where you get a blue box in place of various particles. Had this recently with some part of the animation associated with Morgana's dark binding. Every time I threw it, there was a big blue box that flashed on top of my character (fortunately, the binding particle itself was still visible). These sorts of things have existed for years now.
