Gragas Q bugs and won't cast for the rest of the game.

I was casting Q during a gank and the barrel vanished at the end of its trip, then for THE REST OF THE GAME, Q wouldn't cast. It made the clicking sound when you press an ability key but the skill itself wouldn't cast. I rebound the key, same problem. Disconnected from the game and reconnected, same problem, so I'm thinking its a problem in the code.

Completely caused me to lose the game though, so this seriously needs to be fixed.
