[GAMEPLAY] Sejuani unable to use Protobelt while using her w

Sejuani is unable to use Protobelt while using her W, even though it is not greyed out. I would have expected it to work like using her Q during her W, but instead it just locks you from using it during her W, and it doesn't even say, "This spell cannot be used at this time."

  1. Use Sejuani W.
  2. Try to use Protobelt.

Sejuani's Q is the only ability she can use during her W. The number of items she can use during her W is pretty limited. Pretty sure she can ward and use self-buffs (Righteous, Stoneplate) and that's about it although Sejuani buys so few active items that I could be wrong.

I believe it's because Sejuani's W is coded a bit weird. You can only use items that effect yourself during your W.

Maybe because they are both channels
