Event Log: Going on month 2 now, the key shards still evade my presense.

I'm starting to think I should just send a support ticket at this point. I'm playing often, I'm winning regularly, and I'm playing PvP. I've even been playing SR these last few games (got my level 7 on Raka real fast) but nothing is earning me a single key shard still lol. I've made three posts about this now already and everyone else seems to be getting them perfectly fine except for me. :'/

Here is the story again from the top; there was about a 2 month period where I wasn't playing League expect for an occasional Co-op vs. AI game with a friend. About a month ago, I started playing League again pretty often. Since then, I haven't won a single key shard from any wins in every open PvP game mode since.

So, I'm thinking at this point, maybe somehow my account got glitched and I can't win key shards or something? Should I send in a support ticket at this point or you think Riot would reply back that I'm a freakin' idiot?
