Rengar Q bug and Kog Passive audio bug

I was playing Rengar. I had Tiamat. Whenever I would do my basic combo with the tiamat active on an enemy champion extremely quickly, my Q would show that it is not on cool down. I would then spam Q to make sure that it was in fact on cool down, but the ability showed it ready to cast. So I had to count out loud to 4 or so before I could reuse Q again. This happened many times through out the game.

Another bug is regarding Kog's passive. If you kill him and his passive dies in the fog of war, whenever you see Kog again, it will continue to play his passive's sound. You can literally move your camera to him and away, then back, and it will just repeat it over and over until his passive dies in an area that is not in the fog of war.
