[GAMEPLAY] VIKTOR'S ULT NOT WORKING!!!!

I'm really surprised this wasn't fixed this patch... Go into any game type, when you get Viktors ult drop it right as you die.. The ult will only do 1 tick of damage then vanish not doing the rest of its expected dmg... Guys Please look at your forums. Everyone has been posting about this. Game breaking for Viktor mains. Go into a Custom, Get your ult, as your about to die to a tower drop your ult. It will proceed to do 1 tick of dmg after your death then Disappear. This happens every single time sense patch 7.1!!
