[GAMEPLAY] Another Sion E Bug, Riot Please FIx This

Please Riot, I have no idea what causes this, but it's ever since the E hitbox was restored back to before in 8.6. It's always been buggy, but this has gotten ridiculous. I have another post showing Sion's E bugginess in all of its glory. Make Sion stable again.
