[GAMEPLAY] Sion E Bug - Changes Direction

I'm not completely sure on how this bug happens, but it seems to happen near towers more than anything. If anyone has found a way to recreate this and/or has seen this, let me know. I'm going to try to recreate it on my own soon. From what I can tell, build/items don't affect this. Maybe it's just an act of Riot spaghetti code and it will never be fixed, just thought it was noteworthy.
