Vi ulting Poppy possible bug

I've tested this multiple times and it could be something that stops her ult, but I'm not sure. Whenever vi ults anyone and is intercepted by poppy's ult, it always knocks her away and puts her ult into cool down. I thought there would be no way to stop it, doesn't matter if she uses it before or after it is casted.
