Immolate once again killing large monsters (red/blue buff)

I just tested in a practice mode after having a Zac jungle accidentally take multiple buffs away from me while just standing there - it appears that the recent changes to Immolate reverted it to the version previous to the one that prevented it from killing buff monsters.

Any chance that can get fixed soon?
