game crasch during a match and the match history is complety gone

so what happend is was playing a match suddenly got 500 ping and was unable to connect had to restart and when i try to get back in the server refuse to connect me so i'm stuck at a black screen and after a while the game just throws me back to the start of the client and there is no match history or any ranked points won or lose just as i have never even play the match
