[Spectator Mode/Replay] Nexus Blitz Announcements & Displays Incorrect

The following bugs can be observed while spectating or watching a replay of Nexus Blitz.

Team score display + game time missing > Red and Blue team take downs are not visible. Event score display and game time are present during events, but disappear once events ends.

Event announcements missing > Announcement text and timer do not appear, only sound effect plays. Winning team announcement does not appear in chat or otherwise.

Catapult of Champions > Pings catapult upon use, instead of target location.
