Gravelord Azir voice filter missing on more than half his quotes

I don't know since when but more than half of his quotes like 80% of them don't have the voice filter. I can really tell the difference between the quotes where you can hear the echo and spooky filter and all the others without it like the normal Azir. It's really annoying for a 1350 skin that i use a lot now so please look into it.
