Entire Client | Not updating after a level up

So, I made a second account, because I wanted to invest time in it if I ever come across a situation where I might get myself banned and I wanted to play League. So while leveling up the account casually [User | Hai Im Green Tea] I noticed that when I enter the after-game lobby it would say I level up. The thing is, as soon as I hit [Profile] I notice that my stats hasn't update nor did the entire client. So basically I leveled up to 9, but the client registers me as a level 8. Therefore I couldn't access anything that is above level 8. Now the annoying thing is, I can't tell where my progress is in leveling up, because the client doesn't update. So mainly I have to exit the client and re-login which is a hassle. Please fix?
