Sometimes the launcher glitches out

So sometimes when I finish a match and the launcher would pop up but but all black and I can still click buttons, just I don't know what I'm clicking. It also happens during queues at times as well, because of it sometimes I have to be forced to dodge games which places a buster on me. And It is quite aggravating..
