Will the talon rework, have reworked art/character design?
I mean, talon needs a new look, and splash art designs.

He will have fully updated audio and VFX for all his abilities but not new model
Not to mention an actual personality.
Seriously, he's a top contender for blandest champ in LoL.

No but his spells may get new animations. his model and textures/ skins will remain the same. I'm assuming his expensive skins will get unique particles / fx.
