Will the talon rework, have reworked art/character design?

I mean, talon needs a new look, and splash art designs.

Speaking of new models, i remember that you made visual updates for maokai and kassadin without actually modifying their gameplay. Will we ever see the same but for leblanc talon jarvan and many others which animations and models already feel old compared to the new generation of champions?

Currently we don't have any planned. For the time being we have decided to commit those resources to getting out big VGU's quicker.

tbh this is probably a good choice.

But how about champions with very healthy kits but outdated textures? Based on your projects (ie roster updates and vgu's) champions like Oriana will never get looked at since shes pretty healthy balance wise.

Is there any intention of looking at updating the textures of champions with healthy kits? I know it doesnt really fit under a roster update or a full vgu, but some of the older / classic champs are honestly an eye sore to look at.

Keep in mind champions, such as oriana, WILL show up at worlds ... do you have any intention of bringing those type of champion's graphics quality up to par with the rest of the champs?

It could always happen in the future as strategies always change and evolve. Right now we don't have any on the works though as it would delay our current big VGUs we have in the pipeline.

2 questions. What's the ETA for this assassin update anyway? Also will there be a direction post talking about the low scope updates on other assassins, similar to the one you did on Annie?

Assassin update is planned for Preseason, so sometime are 6.21-6.23.

We are most likely going to do a post on the smaller Assassins in the coming weeks. Haven't 100% locked this down yet though.

Rewert Nocturne buff because it is a death mark over his dark nightmarish nipples. We all know that every single time Riot made a wrong buff to a champion that needs a buff somewhere else lead to a massive nerf in next 2 or 3 patches.

Leave him as it is now, just reduce his mana costs early game and GG, you done well Riot.

LB and Talon will. Rengar and Kat will only get new icons for abilities that are changing since there's look pretty good as is.

I am curious why dont update old item icons(IE, ROA, boots etc) when u are updating everything else?

will talon finally get a skin after 3 years? ( not counting SSW because worlds skin are not part of the skin list ) just need to know he wont end like swain who has not had a skin in like 4 years

No but his spells may get new animations. his model and textures/ skins will remain the same. I'm assuming his expensive skins will get unique particles / fx.

His model and most of his rigging will remain the same. He may get texture updates like was done with Malzahar and Zyra. Of the big 4, I'd imagine LeBlanc would benefit the most from a texture update though.

Character remodels or texture improvment on the characters are out of scope for this project. However improving animations / spell vfx is very much on the table

Textures are not out of scope for class updates. Thanks for bringing this up, honestly I didnt even notice they changed. They old and new look very similar.
