Stonebond brands enemy when you have a Randium's Omen and they AA you, however the brand doesn't happen if you have a warden's mail nor frozen armor.

That's because it only procs on movement speed slows.

Randium's Omen passive (when hit) is only AS slow ..

Meaning Yi doesn't remove the effects of [Warden's Mail / frozen armor/ Ramdium's (on being hit)] ?

This seems inconsistent with how the game normally works. For example, AS slows from Frozen Heart are well-known to work with Liandry's. The tooltip should clarify this inconsistency since normally AS slows were considered to be in the same slowing category.

Can you respond to the other peoples comments because a Riot person did respond long ago on here specifically stating that attack speed slows when specifically speaking about the Frozen heart Aura are considered by yall to be a form of movement speed slow. It seems unfortunate that it will not be consistently applied. I was noticing it isn't working with Stoneborn pact.
