I cannot change my Ward Skin in Champ Select

I own 2 ward skins the one that looks like nocturne halloween skin and one from season rewards. In champ select there is a thing you can click to change your ward skin, but every time I am in champ select it is grayed out and i'm not able to click in please help. ):

Thanks for the report! This may be an issue with the game loading itself. We've seen issues like this occasionally, and it turns out this feature didn't load properly. I've had this happen to me once or twice.

Is there a particular queue you're in when this happens?
