[Gameplay] - Unable to use Eve ult

Playing a game, tried to use Evelyn ult to save myself. Died before it went off, though I swear I heard the audio effect go off. My ult did not go on CD.

When I respawned, I found myself unable to use ult. It was not greyed out or on CD; it just wouldn't respond to my pressing of R. I ended up sitting at fountain for a little bit, continually pressing R to no avail. Eventually, I pressed W and my ult worked immediately after I pressed that. It is important to note that while I pressed Q and E during the ult lockout, I had not pressed W until that point.

Reproduction: I haven't tried yet, though this is something I've noticed before. I just usually died before I could test further and chalked it up to me pressing the wrong button.
