Lux (Bot) ult bug - Not dealing damage to enemies in hitbox sometimes

Hello, hello~

Recently I've gotten a friend into LoL and have been playing a good deal of bot games with them. While doing so, I've noticed there have been plenty of times Lux Bot's ult would completely hit me but I would receive no damage at all. After a few more times of noticing it, I casually mentioned it out loud, to which my friend replied they noticed the same thing had been happening to them.

Since I haven't been playing the most PvP recently, I cannot judge if this is a specific bug with just Lux Bot or specifically Lux's ult. Either why though, I figured it was definitely worth mentioning on Boards. Any ult not working as intended is worth looking into I feel.
