[GAMEPLAY] The Spirit from Illaoi's E is considered a minion for Bork's Damage calculations

The spirit is considered a champion for most abilities in the game, it's not considered one for Bork. If the spirit has more than 750 hp, bork will only deal 60 dmg to it (which is the maximum dmg vs minions/monsters). By example Illaoi's W that deals reduced dmg vs monsters is not reduced when attacking the spirit.

1. Buy bork
2. Use illaoi's E on a target that has more than 750 hp.
3. Basic Attack the spirit
4. See that the dmg dealt to the spirit is (ad+60)*spirit's resistance.
