Lee Sin quick + self cast

I rebind my Q, W, & E to Quick + Self cast so that I don't need to press alt/hover over my model to self cast abilities, but can still cast them normally on allies.

However Lee Sin's W doesn't do this. You can only bind it to cast normally (only self casting with alt/hovering over self) or to always self cast and make it unable to be cast on allies/wards.

When set to quick + self cast it should self cast when no ally/ward is hovered over.
