Can't Edit My Masteries

Pretty self explanatory, when I click on the number of the mastery page, it just immediately pops up an error. I ignored it before a game and that glitch apparently didn't save my masteries, so that was exciting. Can't create, edit, or change anything on my mastery pages. PLEASE FIX.
