Mana Regeneration runes "visual/clarity bug"

If you put 3 mana reg glyphs as in a runepage, it will say you'll have +1 mana regen/5 sec. When you go in game though, your mana bar will now say that you have +1 mana reg PER SECOND, not per 5 seconds as the rune page displays.

The faulty one is the rune page showing per 5 and not per second, bc if you go in game you'll notice that you now regenerate 1 mana more per second than you usually would (comparing with/without runes to test this).
