Game found bug still a thing plus an after match bug.

still having the bug when playing solo or with friends of still not recieving accept screen. Just last night after an Ascension match as mordekaiser this happened ( https://gyazo.com/6b77a7f467ace6673c8d5e582d3fbe49 ) which is that my upper bar that has the options to play and my account and all that disappeared.
