[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai's Queen's Wrath still bugged

This bug is really annoying on her because sometimes it's unavoidable, and it could be a reason that a new player stops playing her. Whenever you Burrow with Queen's Wrath active, when it runs out, it goes on an 8 second cooldown instead of the standard four seconds. So this puts her greatest threat on a doubled cooldown and could make the difference in a fight. Even just farming if you burrow between camps, you may not have your q back up when you gte to the next camp.

1. Activate Queen's Wrath.
2. Burrow with it still active.
3. Allow the duration to run out while burrowed.
4. Unburrow, and the cooldown will be much longer than it should be.
