When a vote to surrender passes at the same time the enemy destroys the nexus it explodes twice. It's a huge slap in the face when a game didn't go well and you then get laughed at post game in regards to the double explosion.
Would upvote if it were under memes and games but ye...
It's not a bug, it's just what happens if a team manages to get the nexus to zero health within that small window between when a team surrenders and the game ends.
I personally believe it is poor sportsmanship to surrender at the very last moment to try and deny a victorious team the nexus kill.
