Lulu haste animation missing since Star Guardian patch?

Aside from SG Lulu which has its own haste animation when running out of base, all the other Lulu skins appear to have lost their haste animation either from running from base or via mobility boots it seems. Was wondering if this was already a known issue or not as it appears to have happened since Star Guardian Lulu came out.
