this was my first promo series game and it says i won one and lost one even though i haven't played two games it marked one as a loss...

go to "Help & Support" and submit a ticket

Dude, I was in silver 2, got into promos for silver 1, lost the first game, and got demoted to silver 3 lol. I sent ticket asking what? They said they can't help with anything.
