Unable To Purchase RP

For awhile now, I have completely unable to buy RP. As you can see by the image, the interface for the shop is completely screwed up for me too. After typing in all my information and hitting "Pay Now", the processing screen comes up but never does anything. The circle just continues to spin for hours until eventually the LoL client shuts down from inactivity. This happens with previously used, and saved, payment options as well, not just new ones. If anyone has any form of fix for this, I would really appreciate it.
