Random players appearing on my block list after I cleared my block list.

So I was thinking of clearing everyone that ended up on my block list, but then right after I re-login after clearing my block list, random names I don't remember appeared on my block list. So then I did the same thing again like around 10 times and it wouldn't stop showing random names on my block list. It doesn't happen immediately when I clear my block list, but happens right after I re-login. Any solutions to fix this?
