Wasn't Ryze's E suppose to spread to nearby enemies if it gets hit by his Q? Or does it only works if the minion is killed from it? Cz I played him last game, and I tried the combo tons of times, and the mark doesn't spread at all.

But what about EQ on a minion which isn't close to death? Does it actually spreads or not?
TheLastShadow451 votesI just listed the only two ways to spread his E. Using Q and killing a minion isn't the only other way to spread with the kill portion. If you kill with W it will spread.

Q Tooltip:
Flux: Overload deals increased damage, based on Spell Flux's rank, and spreads to all nearby enemies marked with Flux, consuming the mark on all targets.
E Tooltip:
Enemies killed by any of Ryze's abilities while marked with Flux also spread Flux to nearby enemies.
This is the intended functionality.
