[GAMEPLAY] Ryze's EQ combo on full HP minion not spreading to nearby enemies

Wasn't Ryze's E suppose to spread to nearby enemies if it gets hit by his Q? Or does it only works if the minion is killed from it? Cz I played him last game, and I tried the combo tons of times, and the mark doesn't spread at all.

How to spread Ryze E:

E a minion then E that same minion.
E a minion then kill that minion with any of his abilities.

Q Tooltip:

Flux: Overload deals increased damage, based on Spell Flux's rank, and spreads to all nearby enemies marked with Flux, consuming the mark on all targets.

E Tooltip:

Enemies killed by any of Ryze's abilities while marked with Flux also spread Flux to nearby enemies.

This is the intended functionality.
