(Gamebreaking bug) Infernal soul was not claimed after killing 4 dragons

I just played a game where, upon killing our 4th dragon of the game (our 2nd infernal, with 1 air and 1 mountain before it) we didn't get the infernal dragon soul. At the time we were losing extremely hard as well and this buff could've turned the game around. Luckily the enemy team had an afk because season 10 is less about skill and more about having the least ragey team, but this bug absolutely needs to be fixed. We didn't get the infernal soul until AFTER we killed the elder dragon 5 minutes later.
