Unable to lock in or ban champion

I just tried banning Aatrox, it didn't ban, the box whited out as if i couldn't click it (which i couldn't because it wouldn't let me). I made it through banning phase due to being able to ban by hovering, but once champ select arrived I was unable to lock in and thus "dodged". Got the 5.5 minute timer and tried to play ranked another game immediately afterwards. It wouldn't allow me to ban or pick once again and now i have 30 minute "leaver" que. Please riot.. This kind of stuff is EXTREMELY tilting. Please fix your client.
