I sent my friend a gift and never received the Draven Winion Icon even after being notified they had received the gift.
Also, I purchased two legendary skins from the shop, received the mystery chest, but never obtained the icon.

PaladinNO2 votesThis might be a longshot, but I want to mention it while we're on the subject of icons: There were a small amount of particular icons that were available in the shop for a short time, but there were no accompanying thread to go with them on EUNE.

^ this thread was never anywhere to be found on EUNE, and so none of us knew they would be legacy icons. Personally, I discovered that later on (when finding that NA page...) - and regretting from that moment on I didn't pick up the Fizz icon, thinking I could get it at any time, when the RP wallet was more favourable to me.
What I'm asking is, give EUNE/EUW the chance to pick up those icons through a set date with the info page to go with it. The price will ofc. be the 250 RP (per icon) it originally was.

Yes, you will! You are able to craft your legendary/ultimate skin in order to obtain a mystery skin via Legendary Axes!

Riotmoonstones1 votesI'm not sure what you mean. If you received Infernal Nasus, you should receive another skin, which looks like you received Astronaut Teemo. Astronaut Teemo is a 1350 RP skin, so you wouldn't receive another mystery skin after that.
