ARAM Outer Turret bug

Not that it affected gameplay but in a lost ARAM game I just played the outer turret was visibly intact and you could ping on it long after it was destroyed and for the remainder of the game. First time I had seen it all day but maybe Riot wants to fix this ASAP? Sloppy visual coding easy fix.
