Bew client ban/dodge tpenalty bug

Hi.

I was in champ select waiting for the enemy team to choose thier ban, I never saw it, than the chat showed everyone left the room.

I got stuck in champ select, and than for a notice saying account transfers are not available, than another message box that asked if I wanted to shut down or restart.

I pressed restart, but gotten taken back to the lobby instead, and than I had a dodge penalty.

This is a bug, just thought I'd report it. Time penalties are the reason I never dodge, but I got one anyway for a bug on the new client.

On another note, the new client looks really cool
