Some weird Client Bug
Don't know why this happened, But I started to spectate a friends game, then when they finished I quit out and joined their due. Then when we got into game this happened.
Some how we left Champ select (without a dodge penally) and when the que popped again I couldn't see the accept. I fixed it by logging out and back in.
