[Client] [Recordings(?)] Crackle/Static Replaces Game Sound

I think this is where it goes? Anyway, to be clear this bug only happens in Replays, the Highlights section in my profile when viewing recent recordings I've taken from the replays, in-client.

Once I found out about this bug, I checked through my older replays and the sound works just fine in the older ones. Also, this isn't an isolated incident, I don't think. In MagikarpUsedFly's recent video, he noticed that a similar crackle sound happened in a lot of the replay clips he got, but not all of them.

The in-game audio just gets replaced with silence and a couple of crackles.

I don't know how long this glitch has gone on for, since I stopped using replays for a while, but I wanted to use it again and I have no idea what causes it or what to do about it, so I'm putting in a bug report. I think that's it.

Yeah I just had the exact problem today. It's only a very recent thing from what I've experienced. I don't really know what's causing it. I've tried recording the footage multiple times but the same problem persists.

same here, it's a recent issue that I didn't have until the latest update.

So it's definitely something on Riots end.

I have the same problem with Highlights post 7.13. The replay is fine and older highlights work fine, but the highlights from this patch are just static sounds.
