I can't see what level skill I have ranked up to in-game.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or something Riot willfully removed but when I hover my mouse over any particular skill it does not show what current rank the skill has. It also does not display upon leveling up what skill level I will be going up to. It also doesn't matter which champion I select, the issue is still present. Please refer to a screenshot I took if my description isn't sufficient.

I have the same problem. Reinstalling did NOT work either, and it is still blanked out in the "level up" area.

I was thinking of doing the same, or a repair. Doesn't seem like something is wrong, just seems like a bug on Riot's end.
