Fix the damn pop up for client

Seriously this is starting to piss me off. I just dodged and got a 30 min queue restriction because of it. My client didn't pop up when it was time to ban DESPITE THE FACT IT POPPED UP WHEN IT WAS TIME TO BAN LAST GAME. The tilt is real. Why does it work sometimes and not all the time. Fucks sake Riot
