Disable Minimap Movement Issues

I don't know if this is a known bug or even a bug at all, but when I disable minimap movement, i cant use the area of the game underneath the map itself to move my player. Would be nice if I could use this patch of my screen to move, because it feels kinda bad when i go to bump the camera down to the right, and am also trying to move (southeast), but because minimap movement is disabled, im not actually issuing and movement command at all.

Sorry if this is worded poorly. It's really not a big deal either, because this situation is rare for me and I generally move using space near my champion, but it would be a nice QoL.
