[CLIENT] "____ has received their gift!" repeating

This happens EVERY time I log in. I bought a bunch of people skins for Christmas. Now I get the notification they received their gift on EVERY login, and it's gotten damned annoying. There's no trick to it-I just log in and boom, its' there.
