[Boards] Summoner Icon not changing

I've changed my Summoner Icon twice now (once a week or so ago to Perfect Ascension and now to 2014 URF) and neither time has it updated on the Boards. I've been posting a fair amount too, which I'd expect would call a recheck of the icon.
