Gangplank Barrels don't chain bug

In the first chain, the powder kegs are visually chained and I'm the one to clearly deal damage to it, but the second barrel doesn't blow which otherwise would've hit Fiddlesticks.

The second attempt was a clear miss because its placement location rounded up from the wall.
