Critical Error

Since the last nunu patch and my game crashes randomly at loading screen or after i try to leave base with a message saying ''Critical error'' or ''System error'',I go and try a custom first and it works fine...then i go play pvp and it crashes...out of 3 matches in a row it was fine in first and last one but crashed in the second...and no matter how many times i reconnect it won't work unless i restart windows...and by that time they would already remake or i join after 5-8 mins and still get flagged as AFK even if i played the match for 30 mins and won....now i got a leaver buster and while trying to finish it in BOT games it crashed again in last 1 of the 5 and it renewed the leaver buster instead of ending it ....i sent a ticket to riot support when it crashed for the very first time and when they replied and explained its cuz of the new anti cheat system and that they need a dump file to be able to help me....its been already 2 days since i gave them the file and they didn't reply yet and i can't play the game or even finish the leaver buster that i dont even know how is it my fault to get it....and if riot support doesn't reply then how am i supposed to fix it...and why even release this system if it will cause this
