Cant load game after latest patch

I have a pretty nice computer so I'm fairly sure it's not on my end. Didnt play yesterday ,then today I cant get into a game. Tried to fix with hextech tool and the repair failed

Yeah my friend has the same issue since the patch a lot of people are complaining not sure if rito is doing something... not surprise of this company
