So... People can still continue actions when CC'd

Had a panth walk out of my Galio Ult like it was nothing, no QSS, no Cleanse, nothing. it seems riot, that people are allowed to continue basic actions when Qued up before being CC'd. and its getting quite annoying.

Sincerely, That One Guys who Plays random forgotten champs.
