I have a few things i'd like to bring up

passive doesn't proc if you have exactly 3k hp is in aram, with nothing to build out of. why are they exactly the same speed as standard boots if the passive is down? if im buying boots that make me faster, they shouldn't be slower than everything else upgraded if i take 1 damage. shouldn't cancel shaco boxes. if you got rid of my favourite aram item ( ) could you at least bring this items movement speed thing back? i don't even care about the armor/magic resist.
