Possible Aatrox and Warlord's bug?

Anyone else feel like Warlord's bloodlust keystone is not applying properly with Aatrox? It seems like I super heal of minions and heal for hardly anything all off champs.

Seemed as if because W healing is spelled out in flat amounts as a spell ability and not being applied as life steal % that it wasn't receiving the warlord's increase?

I went Hyrda, Blade of Ruin King, and was started Maw, with the warlords keystone and I couldn't duel ANYTHING. Would heal for like 100 even at very low HP, meaning the increased W as well at increased low HP% with warlords but it was ridiculously underwhelming.

Anyone else confirm these findings?
